How to use

On the page you want to work with, open CAPTZ from the extension icon and choose “Extract text”.

  1. Click and drag over the area containing the text. Release to start local OCR.
  2. Wait for the result panel and review the recognized text. You can correct it in the panel.
  3. Click the copy-text button to copy the reviewed text and paste it where you need it.

Tip: Use the panel’s extract-another-text action to select a new area. This tool does not open the image editor.

● Captures, videos, GIFs, and OCR continue to be processed locally.
